How to deal with feeling not enough and self-comparison

  1. Recognize your own strengths.
  2. There is more than enough to go around. There are tons of opportunities out there.  There is enough goodness in the world for everyone to receive some.
  3. Stay in my own lane because everyone has a different journey and a different destination to get to.
  4. Our own self-doubt and insecurities are our biggest enemies. The story that we tell ourselves can be negative. Try checking whether the facts match the story you’re telling yourself.
  5. It’s okay not to be be amazing at everything all at once. You can be good at a bunch things but you don’t have to be amazing at all of them. You’re human and only have so much time to split between activities. For example, I try to stay fit but  so what if I’m perfectly fit enough to run a marathon. So what I don’t have super skills in a particular hobby – I can’t sing or play the guitar. And I don’t want to. I have some things in my life that are important to me to prioritize and that I’m doing somewhat well in (I hope haha). And that same will go for you too!
